Chest — around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms. Keep the tape level and breathe normally.
Waist — at the narrowest point, usually just above the navel. Do not pull the tape tight.
Collar — around the base of the neck, where a shirt collar sits. Leave room for one finger.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes 2–4 business days in the United States and 5–9 business days across Europe.

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items need to be unworn, in original condition, with the tags still attached.

Write to us before sending anything back so we can issue return instructions. Once your return arrives and passes inspection we refund your original payment method.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse you receive an e-mail with a tracking number and a link.

If 48 hours have passed since that e-mail and the tracking has not moved, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier for you.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

If your order has not been dispatched, we can usually change the size, correct the address or cancel it. Send us your order number as quickly as you can.

Once a parcel is with the carrier we can no longer modify it, and from that point the route is a return.
