Size guide

Measurements are of the body, not the garment. Switch between centimetres and inches with the toggle.

Size	Bust cm	Waist cm	Hips cm
XS	79–84	61–66	86–91
S	84–89	66–71	91–97
M	89–94	71–76	97–102
L	94–99	76–81	102–107
XL	99–104	81–86	107–112

Designer sizing runs about one size smaller than high street. If you are between sizes, or prefer a relaxed fit, take the larger size.

Bust — around the fullest part, tape level at the back, wearing an unpadded bra.
Waist — at the narrowest point, usually just above the navel. Do not pull the tape tight.
Hips — around the fullest part, roughly 20 cm below the waist, feet together.

Still unsure? Send us the piece and your usual size through our contact page — we answer within 24 hours and we would rather help you pick than process a return.

FAQ

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes 2–4 business days in the United States and 5–9 business days across Europe.

These are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs checks and peak periods can add a few days.

What does shipping cost, and will I owe customs?

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the size of your order. You see the exact amount before you confirm payment, and nothing is added afterwards.

Customs duties and import taxes, when they apply, are set by the destination country.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page lists the sizes available for that specific piece, and our size chart converts between US, UK and EU.

If you are between sizes, write to us with the piece you are looking at and your usual size and we will tell you which one to take.

What if I need to return something?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items need to be unworn, in original condition, with the tags still attached.

Write to us before sending anything back so we can issue return instructions. Once your return arrives and passes inspection we refund your original payment method.

Is checkout secure, and what can I pay with?

Checkout runs on Shopify's encrypted, PCI-compliant infrastructure. We never see or store your card details.

The payment methods available for your country are shown at checkout.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse you receive an e-mail with a tracking number and a link.

If 48 hours have passed since that e-mail and the tracking has not moved, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier for you.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

If your order has not been dispatched, we can usually change the size, correct the address or cancel it. Send us your order number as quickly as you can.

Once a parcel is with the carrier we can no longer modify it, and from that point the route is a return.
