Foot length — stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall. Mark the tip of your longest toe and measure from the wall to the mark.

Crafted from Monogram leather and Mini Monogram-embossed cowhide leather, the complex upper construction requires seven hours of meticulous stitching to complete. Signature LV details accent the design throughout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes 2–4 business days in the United States and 5–9 business days across Europe.

If you are between sizes, write to us with the piece you are looking at and your usual size and we will tell you which one to take.

What if I need to return something?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items need to be unworn, in original condition, with the tags still attached.

Write to us before sending anything back so we can issue return instructions. Once your return arrives and passes inspection we refund your original payment method.

Is checkout secure, and what can I pay with?

Checkout runs on Shopify's encrypted, PCI-compliant infrastructure. We never see or store your card details.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse you receive an e-mail with a tracking number and a link.

If 48 hours have passed since that e-mail and the tracking has not moved, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier for you.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

If your order has not been dispatched, we can usually change the size, correct the address or cancel it. Send us your order number as quickly as you can.

Once a parcel is with the carrier we can no longer modify it, and from that point the route is a return.
